Testing Service

As part of our complete valve engineering service, NICO provides precise valve pressure testing service for all kinds of valves in accordance to international standards or customer specifications. Testing reports or certificates will be provided with technical support by our experienced engineers.

Our common testing range:

  • Size: 1/2" to 60", DN15 to DN1500
  • Pressure: up to ASME Class 2500
  • End: Flange End, Butt Welding End, Socket Welding End, Threaded End
  • Type: Hydraulic Pressure Test, Air Pressure Test, Low Emission Test (CH4 & Helium), Material Test
